These posts fostered a sense of community as participants celebrated each other’s achievements and reflected on their personal reasons for joining. For many, the challenge was deeply emotional, with each mile or activity serving as a tribute to those lost to sudden cardiac death.

Participants went above and beyond, sharing inspiring stories of their unique approaches to the challenge. From walking 12 miles a day to completing 12-hour exercise sessions, 12-mile bike rides, and even 12-mile horse rides, the dedication, especially with the weather, was truly remarkable.
