Among the young people screened this weekend at Littleover Community School was George’s best friend, Callum Antrobus. The two had known each other since they were three years old, and Callum said of the screenings, “When something like that happens to your friend, who never suffered with any heart problems that anyone knew about, you start to wonder about yourself. Every little ache or pain makes you stop and think if they mean anything. So it’s good to get good news from the tests I have had.”
226 young people were screened in total over the two days.
