CRY Family Bereavement Support Days 2021
Due to the current pandemic CRY’S Bereavement Support Days have been postponed. However, if you would like to speak with someone about arranging telephone bereavement support with one of our Bereavement Supporters or if you would like to register your interest in a future Bereavement Support Day, please contact our support team at [email protected] or on 01737 363222.
CRY also has private Facebook groups specifically for bereaved mums, dads, siblings, partners, grandparents, aunts & uncles, and friends. In addition we also have a group which can be joined by any family member or friend affected by a young sudden cardiac death. The groups are places to connect with others who have experienced a similar tragedy, to share feelings and experiences and to create a network of support for one another. In 2020 CRY will be holding four Family Bereavement Support Days which can be attended by any family members (over the age of 18) who have lost a young person under the age of 35 to a young sudden cardiac death. The Bereavement Support Days will be held at the CRY office, with small groups of up to six bereaved family members. Up to two members of the family can attend each event.
The days will be led by Alison Cox MBE, CRY’s Founder, and are an opportunity for bereaved families to meet with each other and talk about the impact of their loss.
A cold buffet lunch and refreshments will be provided (please advise us of any special dietary requirements).

CRY will refund your registration fee and travel costs (car/train) on submission of receipts sent after the event to Jayani at the CRY office
Unfortunately, due to lack of childcare facilities, children will be unable to attend.
Please Note: A completed form is essential for each person attending. Registration will only be accepted if CRY receives £15 registration fee (for each applicant) prior to the event
