The Ian Williams Foundation, which works together with Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY), was established last year following the tragic, sudden death of 27 year old Rugby player, Ian, as he trained for English Championship Club, Doncaster Knights. As Ian’s father, Phil, is treasurer of Tenby Rotary Club, it’s president, Tom Cullen, made the Foundation their chosen charity for his year in office. The club has already donated £1000 to the charity from money raised throughout the past year. Proceeds from the Rotary Club Wishing Well will also be donated and further fundraising is planned.
