Myself and over 40 others ran 5k in the dark for our friend Niamh that sadly died last December of a suspected cardiac arrhythmia. We all wanted to do something in Niamh’s memory that would bring us together as friends, and help us raise awareness. We decided to raise funds for Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY), due to the screening and research they do. We would like to thank CRY for all their support and for all the research they do.
