Craig’s Heartstrong Foundation is able to provide heart screenings at Noble’s Hospital again.
The charity was unable to hold screenings for the past two years because of the pandemic.
The team described themselves as ’uncontrollably excited’ to announce the screening dates – which were quickly fully booked.
This set of screenings will take place at the hospital on April 23 and 24.
Paula Lunt, who set up Craig’s Heartstrong Foundation in memory of her son, who died from an undiagnosed heart defect in April 2005, said she was ’so glad’ the screenings were up and running once more.
The screenings are facilitated by Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY), and they are open for anyone aged 14 to 35.
The charity said it is ’extremely grateful to the hospital for allowing us to use their facilities once more’.
