Four Sidmouth Primary School staff who completed the hilly 17-mile 4 Trigs Challenge in February have presented a cheque to Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY).
The event raised a record £3,000 this year and Sidmouth Primary contributed £250.
CRY is a charity that promotes the screening of young people between 14 and 35 years of age. All the money raised will go to the Jonathan Hayman Memorial Fund, set up with CRY, and then be used for the screening of young people in the local community.
