An early start and a tough run taking in Manchester Centre, the Etihad Stadium and Old Trafford. Did it all for CRY as they were the nominated charity of a good friend who sadly passed away earlier this year.
4 miles of uphill to the Etihad and a very undulating course to Old Trafford, a drenching near the end and a tremendous crowd.
All in all, a very enjoyable run!
