A schoolboy is set to shave his ‘Darwin Núñez’ style hair for a charity dedicated to raising awareness of cardiac arrest in the young.
Liverpool FC fan Kayan Frith, 11, is set to ‘brave the shave’ next month to help the Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) charity.
Since its formation in 1995 CRY has been working to reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death (YSCD).
According to its website, at least 12 young people die of undiagnosed heart conditions every week in the UK.
