Returning unwanted goods

Whilst we hope you will be delighted with your order, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on products returned to us within 14 days of receipt, provided that returned products are in their original and unused condition. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns Procedure

1. Contact CRY to advise us that you would like to return goods to us. This can be done via email at [email protected]; via telephone on 01737 363222; or via the Order Cancellation / Returns form on the CRY website. If you contact us via email or telephone we will complete an Order Cancellation / Returns form on your behalf (for our records) so please ensure that you supply us with all the required information about your order.

2. Package up the goods you wish to return to us – please use the same packaging that was used in delivering the goods to you (unless this packaging has been damaged in the post, damaged during opening, etc). Please also print out a copy of the order receipt that you received via email and enclose this in the package (or write your name, address and order number on a piece of paper and enclose it in the package). The package should be addressed to:

3. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods to CRY, except where CRY judges the returned goods to be damaged or defective, in which case CRY will reimburse you the cost of posting the goods back to us (see section 8 – ‘Refunds Policy’ – of our online shop Terms and Conditions).

4. Upon receipt of the returned goods, CRY will issue a refund or send replacement goods (as instructed by you) as quickly as possible.
