Robert and Wendy Panton have raised £24,000 in Taylor’s memory since 2015 and have recently installed a defibrillator at the centre of their community. Wendy Panton said, “We wanted to raise awareness and to do something proactive in Taylor’s memory, and for someone out there not to go through what we have as a family”. The family have also been able to arrange two CRY screening days for 200 young people in May of next year, and are campaigning for local MP’s to bring in mandatory screenings.
