On Wednesday 24th August 2016 we raised close to £200 for CRY with final donations still coming in. Through Lloyds we have a scheme that for the money we raised we get matched funding so whatever we make we will have it doubled.
It was a great day and we managed to raise a lot of awareness of CRY. Many were asking about CRY and we were able to educate and make everyone aware of the screening sessions. We were very lucky as so many people were keen to bake and donate. We definitely plan on holding more events in the near future which I look forward to hosting.
