Deputy Prime Minister Dominic Raab congratulated Rutland dad Andrew Osborne on his solo row across the Atlantic Ocean.
Mr Raab made the comment during Prime Minister’s Questions earlier today (Wednesday) in response to a question asked by Rutland MP Alicia Kearns (Con), who asked him what the Government is doing to increase the detection of undiagnosed heart conditions in children and young people across the UK.
Andrew rowed over 3,000 miles to raise money and awareness of the charity Cardiac Risk in the Young, after his 25-year-old daughter Amy died in her sleep from an undiagnosed heart condition.
