Wales Online, 6th November 2017
The teammates of Dominic Newton, who died in 2016 while playing basketball, have organised a memorial basketball event for their friend. The tournament will feature 8 – 10 teams, made up of the Owls, Dominic’s former team, and teams including friends, former colleagues and lecturers.
The team hope to raise enough funds to hold a CRY screening day at the University of Wales.
