Azar Butt
Azar was 33 when he died. He just started a family, and he had the potential to grow in his career. His whole life was ahead of him. Except it wasn’t unfortunately.
This could have been prevented. He could have been still here, with us, with his now 4 year old son, who has to grow up without a dad. He could have been with people who loved him.
No one was there to help him but perhaps we can help others who suffer as he did. Spreading awareness and doing more research can change everything for those who suffered like Azar did.
This fund can save someone’s life.
“Whoever saves one life – it is as if he had saved mankind entirely.” (Quran 5:32)
This memorial fund has been set up by the family to help CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death through supporting CRY’s screening programme.
The aim is to fund the screening of young people within the local community.
