The cake sale was a fantastic opportunity for us to get to know our community & raise awareness of Cardiac Risk in the Young, it was a lovely experience as we got to talk about how it’s actually quite common but yet still unheard of. Also me & my boys spent quality time together baking & decorating the cakes & also remembering & talking about their father. Boys are now grown up & are starting to understand what happened to their father, so this was a great way for them to talk about it & smile.
