For the second year in a row, Wellington College pupils and staff participated in the Belfast City Marathon (May 2012) and raised £6,000 for CRY in memory of Sarah Booth, a very special pupil who passed away in June 2010.

On Saturday 21st April 2012 friends and family got together to remember Craig Salmon and raise funds and awareness in his memory. “On Saturday 14th April 2012, a whole community came together to celebrate the life of Sam Wright. Organised by friends and family of Sam, a craft fair at Woodlands School in Allestree, Derby raised over £7,000. We had over 40 stalls selling goods such as cakes, jewellery, toys, clothes, beauty products, books, cards and many more.
The English School Salmiya held a Bake Sale in February 2012. The English School Salmiya raised KD282 (£640) for CRY. These funds will go towards providing screening for young people in the UK. A big Thank You to The English School Salmiya for their support. Farah Hamid
