Today in Belfast, Cardiac Risk in the Young launched its Northern Ireland postcard campaign. The symbolic postcard highlights the deaths of 12 young people from Northern Ireland of undiagnosed fatal heart conditions most of which are genetic. Following the success of CRY’s inaugural Heart of London Bridges Sponsored Walk in 2007 the event took place again in 2008, with over 600 CRY supporters in attendance.
