On 25 June 2023 we were so pleased to gather once again in London for the 17th annual CRY Heart of London Bridges Walk. A total of 869 supporters joined us on the day, with 79 walking in their local areas.

The impact of exercise and physical activity on young people living with a heart condition is an issue that often comes up at myheart meetings or is discussed amongst our members
Recently, two important research reviews – spearheaded by doctors who both have an association with CRY’s research programme – have been published in Heart (the journal of the British Cardiac Society) to help ‘unpick’ some of the myths regarding physical activity and inherited heart conditions and to clarify whether exercise really can be the best medicine.
