This memorial fund has been set up on behalf of my very special brother Alex Jones.He passed away 4 May 2018 of a ruptured aortic aneurysm.So far we have raised £1037 before the memorial page page was set up, by walking up the mountain Pen-Y-Fan that Alex always wanted to do but never got the chance.
