Cardiff screening in memory of Lydia Bird
On the 1st & 2nd November CRY held a screening clinic at Cyncoed Medical Practice, Pontprennau in Cardiff. A total of 214 clients were screened over the two days.

A CRY screening was held on the 4th October 2014 at St Giles Church in Pontefract in memory of Jonathan Leigh. A total of 100 young people between 14 and 35 were screened during the day.
On the 1st October 2014 CRY held a screening day at The Atherton Community School in Wigan. A total of 94 young people were screened during the day. This was all made possible by the enthusiasm of Dionne Young, and paid for by funds raised by students of the Robert Buckley Sixth Form Centre, and supported by Councillor Norman
On the 27th and 28th September 2014 CRY held a screening clinic at Nobles Hospital in the Isle of Man. 387 young people aged between 14 and 35 were screened over the two days for Craig’s Heartstrong Foundation in memory of Craig Lunt.
On the 23rd September 2014 friends and family of Adam Donnelly funded a CRY screening day at St Thomas More School in Eltham. A total of 100 pupils were screened during the day
On the 20th and 21st September 2014 CRY held a screening clinic at Sandhurst Town Boys & Girls Football Club. 195 young people aged between 14 and 35 were screened over the two days.
204 people were screened by CRY at the Ian Ramsey School in Stockton-on-Tees on the 13th and 14th September 2014. The screening was held in memory of Jonathan Morgan, a former pupil at the school.
On the 10th September 2014 CRY held a screening at Breadalbane Academy in Aberfeldy in memory of Andrew Murch. The day was a great success with 104 young people being screened.
On the 29th and 30th July CRY held a screening clinic at United Utilities, Winsford funded by the Aaron Dixon memorial fund in Aaron’s memory. 186 young people aged 14 – 35 had an ECG for free thanks to fundraising efforts of Aaron’s family and friends.
Cardiac Risk in the Young visited the Isle of Lewis to hold a screening at the Nicolson Institute in memory of Andrew Macleod. A total of 219 people were screened on 29-30 August. This was also the first screening for our newly donated van from the Beefy Foundation.
