On the 14th May 2016 Mairi and Lucy chopped off their long hair. The freshly cut hair was donated to ‘The Little Princess Trust’ and the girls raised £1,514.50 for CRY in memory of Michael. Thanks to all who donated. Julia Yorston

Football Auction An online auction to win a signed Manchester United football ran between 4th – 25th March 2016. Man Utd were Neil’s team of choice and the auction closed on what would have been his 36th birthday. The winning bid of £160 came from a former colleague of Neil’s, Robert Wilson. On the 31st July the first Dan Hughes 8 a side memorial cricket tournament was held at Bignall End Cricket Club.
