If you are fundraising for CRY in memory of a family member, partner or friend who has died, you may wish to formalise your contributions into a specific fund in their memory. The Memorial Fund is an ongoing record of donations.
A Memorial Fund can be set up for anyone, it may be that they have been directly affected by a condition that CRY raises awareness for, or they may have been a supporter of CRY. In order to set this up, you will need to contact Lily Burke at the CRY office on 01737 363222 or at [email protected] and ask to set up a memorial fund in that person’s name.
When someone sets up a Memorial Fund with CRY, all monies raised in memory of that person will go towards that fund provided donations have been clearly identified. Memorial Funds will support CRY core funding, however, you may wish to support a specific area of CRY, such as, CRY’s Screening programme, Pathology Centre, Research initiatives, or a specific project.
