Jack’s Appeal is a campaign to get defibrillators installed in every secondary school in Gwent. Jack died from sudden cardiac death in 2012, and since then his family have been fundraising for CRY heart screenings, and workings with Welsh Hearts to install defibrillators locally.
Preventing young sudden cardiac deaths through awareness, screening and research, and supporting affected families.
