Danny King
Danny will always be remembered as the kindest most genuine and loyal man who lived his life at 90mph. At the age of 42 Danny sadly passed away in his sleep from an acute myocardial dysrhythmia without warning. Leaving behind three wonderful children, parents, a sister and a wife along with friends whom are all devastated and shocked.
Danny was incredibly fit and healthy. He was completely obsessed with healthy eating and had never smoked in his life. He competed for the GB masters Judo squad and for Bishops Stortford Judo club winning the British masters just 7 months before he passed. He also took a Bronze at the Commonwealth masters judo championships in 2019 and Bronze as part of the GB masters team at the Europeans in 2018 to only name a few. Danny was also part of the coaching team at Bishops Stortford Judo Club helping support many young players along their judo journey.
As a family we are setting up the Danny King memorial in association with CRY to support the amazing work they do. By offering screening that is open to all young people regardless of symptoms we may just be able to help another family avoid the heartbreak we are facing on a daily basis.
Please support us in anyway you can and help keep Danny’s legacy alive.
Thank you ❤️

Hi to all who have lost there dad at a young age. I lost my dad when I was 25. He went far to young. To this day it brakes my heart and every sweet moment is followed by a little bitter moment as I can't share the joy with him. However I hold and cherish the memories I do have dearly and have promised myself I will always remember him by being the best of him with my kids one day.
