The run it’s self was great, the first couple of miles, 1 to 5 are probably the easiest and then there after it gets more difficult as you go on. But you just keep going because you know it’s all for a good cause and then at the end it’s such a good feeling know you’ve done it and all the training paid off. Miles 7 to 9 are probably the hardest because it’s on the sea front and you’re running against the wind but what really helps is the sweets people give out to keep your energy levels high.
Overall I really enjoyed the experience of the whole thing, including the training. It’s the first time I’ve done something like this and now I really want to do it again.
A huge thank you for all the support I got from friends and family and everyone who sponsored me and I really appreciate the support CRY gave me as well.
Thank you.
