The parents of Jack Thomas have been campaigning to raise awareness of underlying heart conditions following Jack’s death in 2012. The campaign to get defibrillators in every secondary school in Gwent is being supported by schools in the area.
Preventing young sudden cardiac deaths through awareness, screening and research, and supporting affected families.
