We invite our supporters to join our latest campaign to raise awareness about the incidence of young sudden cardiac death and to raise vital funds for CRY’s cardiac screening programme for young people.To participate, please submit the photo of the person you are supporting CRY in memory of, including their name and age when they died. We will use the photo to create a personalised graphic, which we will email back to you for use on social media. Please be aware your photo may be used to promote the campaign to raise awareness. If you would prefer for your photo not to be used in this way please contact CRY.
