Matty Morgan
Matty very sadly passed away in January 2023 from complications due to an infection. He suffered a cardiac arrest and after his passing, we were informed that he had Premature Coronary Artery Disease, he was only 30 years old.
Matty truly was the most amazing man, he had the kindest soul and never failed to make me happy. He was always there for myself and his loved ones no matter what. Matty was truly one of a kind, I miss him every second of the day. I am determined that we can make a positive difference in his honour and help save lives.
I am fundraising so that we can hold a heart screening event in our hometown in Matty’s memory. I want to make sure that nobody else has to go through this.
Thank you to all who have donated so far, your support means so much to us. Please keep donating and help us to achieve our goal.
This memorial fund has been set up by the family to help CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death through supporting CRY’s screening programme.
The aim is to fund the screening of young people within the local community.
