In January 2015 Elaine received a cheque from Roy Cutts at the Miners’ Arms. This was reported in the Dronfield Eye as follows. A big well done to Roy Cutts and Dronfield Woodhouse’s Miners’ Arms Charity Circle members who continue to raise thousands of pounds for local charities. The result of fundraising during 2014 were donations to the Sick Children’s Trust and CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young), which each received £4,500.
