Natasha Kay
Natasha Hannah Kay. 20 years old. To know her was to absolutely love her. And to love her we always will. A crazy cackling witch’s laugh that could fill up the entire room. An obsession with baking cakes in the middle of the night to show off her success in the morning. And so, so much more to love about her. Until the 6th of July 2016, sudden cardiac arrest in young people was completely unknown to us and Tash herself. She was diagnosed with SADS (Sudden Arrhythmia Death Syndrome) after her passing. Being the life of the party & living off the highs of everything the world gave her, Tash left us all too soon. However with sharing her beautiful smile to the world, & walking with C-R-Y every year, we hope we can do everything we can to help make a change just like we would have if we had known sooner.
This memorial fund has been set up the family to help CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death through supporting CRY’s screening programme.
The aim is to fund the screening of young people within the local community.
