Ryan Carter
On the 27th of July 2019, Ryan was 25 years old. He was fit and healthy and started of an ordinary day with his girlfriend. He said after lunch he was going to lay on the bed as he felt full. Within minutes they knew he wasn’t responding so started resus until the air ambulance arrived, but nothing could bring him back.
The post-mortem showed nothing detected, his whole body was intact and very healthy, like he was asleep. We were referred on to Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome (SADS) and Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY). The police had to inform me as my world just crashed… no warnings no symptoms.
Ryan did so much for the environment. He loved helping everyone he met, constantly doing courses to improve his education. He was a counter pollution salvage officer for HM coastguard and customs. He also looked at doing litter picks planting trees and wildflowers for the wildlife.
He was passionate about green issues: Trees , bees, butterflies, wildflowers – he contacted the council’s promoting this. He was involved with the police commissioner helping the homeless, he did sleep overs and Xmas dinner for them.
He’s a founder of Crowdleaf which was his passion to promote these issues. He had a radio station slot to raise the awareness on Business Hour Voice FM. He also worked for Hampshire autism in his spare time. He was passionate about politics which he was trying to make a difference. Ryan had a passion for music and spending time with family. He made every minute count. Making a difference…
We must all make a difference and support other families in memory of him to stop other families having to go through the grief. Please donate. Save lives X ❤️ you only have one heart. X ❤️
