Approximately 90 people attended an evening with 3 ex-Stoke City footballers – Terry Conroy, Denis Smith and Mike Pejic, on March the 15th at Bignall End Cricket Club. Guests were treated to tributes to former Stoke City and England Goalkeeper Gordon Banks before being entertained by the 3 with stories from the playing days in the 1970’s. An auction of Football memorabilia followed and the night raised just over £1,500 for Dan’s memorial fund.
