Places still available for a 5K, 10K, Half, Marathon, Ultra from £8 with all proceeds after medals going to Cardiac Risk in the Young in memory of Andy Golding.

Start and Finish at Suffolk Academy, Barrow – parking available.

Coffee and cake available from 8am till the last runner is in or 4pm whichever comes sooner

There will be a book of condolence for Andy in Barrow Church which is directly opposite our site (service between 11am and 12 so please enter quietly)

All distances start together at 9am

Arrive by 8.40 to register and in time for the welcome briefing.
