On Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th November 2016 CRY held a screening clinic at Brine Leas School in Nantwich, Cheshire. A total of 199 people were screened over the two days in memory of Matthew Dewhirst.

Antiques Valuation Day with Christina Trevanion
£210 was raised from a valuation day held at The Boathouse Ellesmere by local auctioneers, Trevanion & Dean. Christina Trevanion has been a close friend since Matthew’s death and has supported us by being our auctioneer for all of the CRY Ball’s we have organised, she also raised funds for the core work that CRY does
Matthew’s 21st Birthday Ball
We had 140 people attend the ball, including some of the screening team Hannah Lowry, Sharon Clark & Ralph. It was to celebrate the 21st birthday of Matthew and also CRY, both born in 1995. Many of Matthew’s school friends from Ellesmere College attended along with local companies, and we were able to secure some sponsorship
