A good night was had by all with six acts in total: Act 1 – Rita read a poem in Pam Ayres style that she had written about CRY and the fundraising events held by ‘Team Matt’ and the people who helped support Matt’s fund. Act 2 – Jasmine sang beautifully Adele’s “When we were young”

We raised £400 from our Great Cake Bake Sale and raffle. We were fortunate enough to have our display boards at the Garstang Medical Centre for the whole of the raising awareness week. Blackpool Gazette – 6th December 2016 The paperback book is packed with history, facts, old photos, maps and reports from old newspapers; written by a long-standing resident Joe Lane and centered around the areas industrial history.
