North Launch – 1st May 2014 Families from across the North of England joined together to help launch a major regional campaign to highlight the shocking statistic that 12 young, apparently fit and healthy young people (aged 35 and under) are tragically dying every week in the UK from previously undiagnosed heart conditions. Rod Stewart Fan Club 12th Annual 'Big Weekend'

300 members of The Rod Stewart Fan Club gathered for the 12th annual Big Weekend in March this year. This yearly celebration of all things Rod raises money for good causes, and this year they chose CRY to be their beneficiary, in memory of Michael Land – who died suddenly last year aged 28 years and


Treadmill Marathon in memory of Michael Land

Specsavers staff in Bradford took part in a treadmill marathon to raise money for CRY in the memory of Michael Land. They raised a wonderful £300 with their efforts and the support of their customers. The below was written by the local newspapers.
