The Great Cake Bake Coffee Morning in memory of Neil Ward

In November 2014 during Elaine’s presidency of Dronfield Inner Wheel, she held her first coffee morning to raise funds for screening in Dronfield.  It was in conjunction with CRY’s Great Cake Bake held at the end of Raising Awareness Week. Over 40 people attended.  It was a very special day.


Quilt Raffle in memory of Neil Ward

Some members of Dronfield Inner Wheel including Elaine made a patchwork quilt which was raffled for CRY.  This raised £1000. Many thanks to Susanne Haywood who not only gave the fabric, designed the quilt but also guided the others throughout the making.  The draw was made on 20th December 2012, the 20th anniversary of Neil Ward’s

Music in the Gardens in memory of Neil Ward

I was presented a cheque for £2,000 tonight (6th October) as my share of the money raised from Music in the Gardens in Sheffield’s Botanical Gardens over 4 nights from Thursday 17th July to Sunday 20th July.
