24-hour fitness challenge in memory of Sam Standerwick
Rhyl Journal, 27th April 2018 Adam White, Mike Clark, Jimmy Cook and Dan Harrison completed 2,400 press ups, sit-ups, kettle bell swings and 24 miles of running and rowing at Fitness HQ, St Asaph.
