Jessica Knapp lost her husband, Adam, to an undiagnosed heart condition last year. Since then Jessica has been fundraising and campaigning for Cardiac Risk In The Young (CRY) to raise awareness of these conditions.
On Saturday 3rd August Jessica, along with her supportive brother, held a golf tournament at Birchwood Golf Club with more than 60 players taking part. They raised over £4,000 for CRY.
The golf tournament was just one of many fundraising events Jessica has held. She is also training to take on next years London Marathon in memory of Adam.
