Toby Hayward-Seers
Toby Hayward-Seers died on his 27th birthday, 28 April 2023, as a result of the sudden cardiac arrest he sustained whilst running the Barcelona Marathon.
Toby was a warm, passionate young person who was loved by many people, bringing them together with his calm, kind and engaging manner and his love of food, music and sport. He enjoyed exploring new opportunities never missing the chance to share his discoveries with others. He is hugely missed by his family, his partner, his friends and his work colleagues. He continues to inspire those whom he loved and empowered, a legacy of a life truly well-lived.
This memorial fund has been set up by the family to help CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) raise awareness of young sudden cardiac death, support those affected, support CRY’s screening programme and fund research and pathology.
