You could challenge your neighbours to a sports day! You could ask them to donate to CRY to take part to raise money for the charity and have a small prize for the household that are crowned champions! Please ensure you follow social distancing rules if doing this challenge.
Please also ensure that if you are sharing equipment to wipe this down with each use.
Set up an online tournament with friends and family. Compete with each other to be crowned the champion! All you need to do this is to use a system like this:
As each result is confirmed, the winning participant moves forward to the next round.
Alternatively, you can game for a set amount of time (e.g. 24 hours) playing your favourite game. In addition to this you can also stream your progress for others to watch along and encourage you!
Many people have already been holding virtual quizzes during this lockdown period. Why not introduce a “CRY themed” round amongst some other quiz rounds such as general knowledge, what’s in the news, music round etc.

Organise and hold a virtual cooking class. Ask your family, friends and colleagues to sponsor you or set up a fundraising page to gather donations. Try out a new recipe or a speciality you are more familiar with!

Don’t forget to share your challenge with your friends, family and on social media and let them know when your starting/finishing and ask them to support your efforts.

You could even set up a zoom video call while you are training / participating in the challenge and do it together!
Additional support is powerful and the more people involved, the wider the message will spread.
